Presently, we are developing several sites in Southeastern Massachusetts. We maintain project integrity through our hands-on approach to site development and construction. We will manage and perform all the necessary services from the acquisition stages to the road and infrastructure improvements, and then all the way through to utilities and final roadway preparation. Additionally, we design protective covenants for each of our development communities to absolutely insure the value of the home that we built for each client.
